A breakdown of the hours recorded per day, showing the locations where your hours were booked. Also includes overtime or special hour allowances (such as irregularity bonuses) according to the CAO. Sick leave hours are not listed here; they are under point 10.

Abbreviations

Allowance 25% = The number of hours calculated in ORTEC for which an overtime allowance (25%) was paid.
CAO Day 100% = Paid leave on your birthday.
WW Paid (Low Rate) = Travel expenses in kilometers (total 20-60 km per day) at the low CAO rate (€0.14 per km). Other travel expenses are listed on page 1 of the payslip.

10. Absence specification

If you were sick this month, this section details how your sick pay was calculated.

Average sick hours per sick day. This is calculated based on your paid hours and working days/hours from the past three full months before you fell ill.
Total sick hours paid for this month. The amount paid for these hours is shown in point 3 on page 1.

11. Leave balance

Starting balance: Leave hours accrued so far this year.
Corrections: Adjustments to leave hours from previous years.
Taken – Leave hours used this year.
Balance – Remaining leave per category.

If absence hours are listed, the "Base" column will show the payment percentage according to the CAO.

12. Leave bookings

An overview of your leave taken this month per category.
